For a small airport it is pretty decent, with some ok facilities inside. Truly exhilarating lifting off in one of the 9 seat propeller planes.

For a small air port, it is all you can ask for. Very convenient. March 2016
No lines. Friendly. And depending on who you fly with, not TSA checkpoint. Easy to arrive 30 before most flights.
The only airport on the West side of Maui is also the only airport you need. Love the quick flights to Honolulu and Kona on Mokulele Airlines.

Only negative is airport is daylight hours only. Flights into and out of here are somewhat limited but with enough pre-planning you can find something that works. Best part, avoid the one plus hour drive to Kahului. But maybe that's just me.
