u ever remember the dyaz when u walked into ur bank and the cashiers remembered ur name. This is still the way it is here. Warm, friendly. This is why I have banked here for 15years.
To keep a very long story short, Horrible customer service and they do not value a loyal customer, elderly or not. I'll be closing my mom's accounts and switching banks for her immediately.
