T-shirt shrunk after one wash. Material was defective obviously but Quiksilver doesn't have a policy for defective products. Needs to be in original condition with tags on, I was told. Won't buy again for this reason.
We visited this store last night and had such a great experience. The store was emasculate, the selection was great and the three women working had a high knowledge of the product. The manager on duty, showed us new options we wouldn’t have thought of and helped us find gifts for the whole family. We own a small business back home and seeing how she handled the staff, worked along side and coached them was awesome. Big shout out to this store on having good quality employees. Highly recommend going and asking for the assistant manager to help dress you! Wish we remembered her name- but we’re sure all the staff are great.
on the last day of our honeymoon (thursday morning march 2) we were in a bit of a time crunch. we needed to return a roxy brand maui t shirt that had a hemming flaw before we began packing. we arrived at the store open time at 9.30. all of the surrounding stores had their lights on and doors open at 9.30 sharp. we waited till 9.36 and no lights or activity at quicksliver/roxy. my wife suggested i call the store. a young woman answered and said they were open, and I told her we were out front waiting to return a shirt. moments later, a young man with poor body language opened the door, made no eye contact with us or even greeted us. as we walked in my wife asked the woman who answered the phone if we were bothering them by being there. the young man was walking away and said "ya, I almost got to finish my breakfast". i didnt have a chance to confront him appropriately because he was avoiding me. Bro, you eat breakfast before your start time, that is widely accepted as common sense, especially when its your responsibility to open shop. we spent 10 days in maui and thousands of dollars at different establishments. this was hands down the absolute worst display of customer service (or lack thereof) we experienced. i am part owner of a business that employs several workers, and i would be terribly ashamed if i learned of a customer interaction similar to this one. i will be contacting management because i feel we deserve an apology. piss poor customer service if you can even call it that.
Small selection, rude and clueless service, no deals, not even on Black Friday. Don't waste ur time - go to the store in downtown Lahina.
