The front desk's incompetence prevented me from scheduling an appointment with Dr. Biedel. I needed assistance, but the receptionist girl was slow, eating on the phone, and had a dominating rude attitude regarding verification of my insurance. I tried explaining that I had it verified earlier in the day and that I had talked to a girl named Malia. She left me on hold, and came back after several minutes stating that Malia said I had called and told her I would choose a different doctor, Confusing me with another caller, after I gave my birthdate! If this is how the front desk handles their customers, then the doctors must be ok with this level of professionalism. I was very disappointed with this office. They need to replace those girls.
