We've been coming here for a dozen + yrs. . . always sending home a bunch o0f things rather than packing them. The persons helping us are curteous and very helpful. What would we do without this expert service? Always delivered on time without any breakage.
Horrible, they are a UPS shipping store but cannot ship a package collect on a UPS account! That is the bulk of how business is done, instead they only want direct payment . Dont waste your energy on this store.
I had been having a hectic morning and came in to send off some returns. Embarrassingly I came in very unprepared and with everything quite disorganized. Matthew was a great help and didn't seem to mind helping me get my packages all organized very cheep and efficiently. Thank you!
I have been using this stores services for many years. The staff is friendly and courteous and prices for mail boxes are great and affordable . The staff especially Heidi always goes out of her way to help you with time sensitive situations and detailed information.. Thanks for having a well organized and smooth running business.
Man. Interaction with the older lady who works here makes coming to this places for help with shipping a real challenge. She treated me like I was stupid instead of offering help without an unkind tone. Maybe she hates her job or thats just her attitude. Either way I'd rather go to USPS anyday of the week for smiles, kindness and true customer service than come here for the negativity and rudeness.
