Showed up at 5:40 and they told me they are closed. Not cool. Turning someone when you are open until 6 is not okay.
I can't say I've ever been treated so well at an urgent care before. Dr. Dean was quick, but thorough. He was not dismissive and the staff was very friendly. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and was on my way. Highly recommend.
I will never go near this cheapo strip mall operation or it's sister locations again.
Awesome! I saw negative review and was a bit hesitant (but I wanted a Dr. close to a pharmacy). Receptionist was a partial nurse, very friendly and accomadating (I'm from over-seas). Dr was fantastic, explained my issues and what to do/what not to do. Very professional and friendly (I had to have a shot in my butt and did not feel uncomfortable). Don't know what happened with other review...polar opposite to my experience. Dr Dave was great.
Injuring myself wasn't on my to do list while on vacation in Maui. Fortunately, I ran across Minit Urgent Care and found the staff friendly and more than able to help me out. A short time later I was out the door and headed to the hotel to recuperate. If you're in Maui and need quality, speedy care, I recommend it. Great spot.
Shame on you. A father walks in with a sick child quite worried and the only thing the receptionist can say back to me in their tiny tiny waiting room is that if I don't have an insurance card they need me to pay $180 before I even sit down. We have medical insurance but had only moved to town three days earlier and my son got heat stroke.
