Their billing department is horrible. They incorrectly charged me. When my lawyer discovered it, Imua dragged their feet in refunding me. They said they mailed the check....its been 3 weeks and counting....I have called numerous times and always get the run around and excuses.
I have been seeing Peter Ferrer at Imua Physical Therapy in Lahaina and Honokawai for the past 2 months. They have been great to me, especially Peter. He really takes time to get to know his patients and is extremely friendly. They have tons of treatment and rehabilitation equipment. Every time I went I felt welcomed and we'll taken care of.
