Hale Zen is fabulous if you are looking for island style decor, jewelry, clothing, as well as gifts to bring home. The employees are friendly and helpful. Love this place! I highly recommend a visit if you are planning to spend any time in Lahaina.

Great jewelry and many local crafts. Good place to buy presents, housewares or clothes. Has many upscale offerings as well as less expensive trinkets. Very friendly staff. Has kids clothes and toys as well.

I wanted to buy a $400.00 picture on the wall hanging over an 8 foot door, I was told by the staff, (LISA) "Climbing ladders is NOT in my job description" so please tell me how you sell art and can't retrieve it from the wall? How about you change your customer service and maybe you will make a sale. I had to climb the ladder and get the picture I did not purchase because it had damage and she was not willing to reduce the price. She was a real vision of what "not" to be in sales.
This place is nice, the decor is great and reasonable for Maui. I had a HUGE issue with their customer service. Please take this review into consideration when buying a picture.
