When I called he was stressed out and obviously under some type if pressure. I proceeded to ask if he was local and decided to ignore/bypass my question and answered in a very irritated and annoyed tone of voice. He then literally told me on the phone "I have 4 people in front of me, what do you need." I replied, "okay?" sarcastically. Proceeded again to tell me, "what do you need" I asked if they cut a round key. Yet again bypassing my question and said, "we are only open for emergency service on weekends call me on Monday if you want ok?" ....end of phone call
