It turned out that lot was also Aloha parking but with a different attendant named Frenchy. Frenchy quickly deescalated the situation by crediting us the amount we lost in the machine and allowing us to park. He also told us where to enter and exit the lot to avoid Quinton the belligerent parking lot attendant.
My wife and I parked at Aloha Parking because we had a reservation at Kimo's. Certainly eat at Kimo's but I wouldn't park here. After having trouble with the Aloha Parking ticket machine that took our money we encountered a belligerent parking lot attendant who kept insisting that the problem was somehow my wife's fault. The parking lot attendant refused to give me his name twice. This quickly turned into a near altercation before we went to the next parking lot over.
This place is a total ripoff parking lot. I bought 1 hour of parking while eating at the Lahaina Grill. We ended up staying longer than the 1 hour I purchased so I walked back out to buy another hour. I put in $5 for another hour and it wouldn't give me a ticket. The price had went up to $10. I asked the attendant on duty for help and his answer was go talk to someone else. These lots behind the Lahaina Grill are ripping off customers big time.
