My wife just took our cat here and had a terrible experience. First of all, they lost our appointment. That's no big deal, so my wife said she'd be willing to come back at another time. They said they'd be able to get to her very quickly, though, so she stuck around. 20 minutes later she asked if she should just reschedule; they said no, they'd be with her soon. This happened a couple more times. An hour after arriving, she was finally able to see the vet. The vet took less than 2 minutes with her, then sent her on her way. They charged her $70 for these 2 minutes! I'm not accustomed to paying $70 to see a vet for 2 minutes, especially when they say they want us to come back next week, too! I'd rather just never go back. They want nothing but the money; no real concern for people.
