WOW.... Such a poor example of service.
When I called him later - to remind him about our new appointment, I had to leave a message. He called back and in turn got my voice mail, when I called him back he stated he was no longer in the area and MIGHT stop by later in the day!
My mission now is to make sure Lahaina Plumbing's business slows down. A LOT.
So then they will learn to appreciate every customer they have.
He told me it was my fault for not answering his call!!!
Ray, the owner, is so self absorbed at being so busy that he fails in basic customer interaction skills.
Absolutely the worst in customer care and service!
First, he failed to show up for an agreed to appointment, then the next day when I called him he said that "I need to call him to remind him about meeting me!"

Absolute worst plumber in Maui. Replaced same toilet twice in three weeks. Never solved the problem. Admitted his staff didn't know what they were doing. Refused any refund and didn't complete the job.
He went on to share that he is very busy and if I don't want him completing my job, thats fine with him!!!
