This place was really nice, and is in an EXCELLENT location for beach-time and snorkeling (sea turtles!!). I really enjoyed the birds outside that you aren't supposed to feed (but everyone does anyway) - they were super cute and gave the hotel such a charming quality. Lots of beautiful landscaping, and the service was really nice.
I would definitely stay here again, mainly just for the great location, but I would have enjoyed my stay much more if they had air conditioning, and I would probably request to move rooms if we had ants again (the kitchenette was a huge selling point for me since I like to cook while on vacation).
Not all units are the same, because these are private condos. Unit A23 has been completely renovated and fully furnished and has two flat-screen TV's, washer/dryer, all cooking utensils, is a corner unit and no one above you, is near one of the pools and BBQ's, is steps from a turtle bay and Napili Bay beach, and there are restaurants and a beach rental store nearby. It's a one bedroom condo, but can sleep up to 4 people. I will only stay at this unit when visiting Maui.
Amazing views, turtles everywhere, beautiful kitchens, close walk to beach. Anything you could ever ask for in a tropical vacation. Just sit back and relax on the lanai for sunset and watch the surf!

What a great place to stay. Restaurants are just a walk up the beach if you don’t want to drive. The kitchen facilities made it comfortable fir my family.
We just stayed 10 days in unit B5, wouldn't recommend this until from VBRO, doesn't come with any house keeping or any supplies to clean yourself so needless to say after a few days it would have been nice to have the room cleaned and fresh linens. The dishwasher is broken, the drawer with all the sharp knives is broken so don't pull it out or they will fall on your feet. We had a problem with ants getting into our cloths in the bedroom on the dresser and the bathroom counter, and cockroaches, big ones in the kitchen. Our friends were staying in c39 and had daily house keeping since there unit was managed by onsite management services and they didn't have any bugs at all, they also had Ac, We will definitely stay at this resort again just not in B5
It should be noted they DO NOT have air conditioning! They just have a window that's always open, so it was pretty hot and muggy during our stay. We also (unfortunately) had some ants in the kitchenette so we didn't really feel comfortable cooking while we were there - which the management came in and offered to spray for bugs and were very apologetic about.
