Awesome view of the Ocean from the table. Great Food! The only thing they are lacking is tap beer. They only carry beer in a can. The "Paloma" drink is so refreshing!
Went for lobster, it was excellent and only $16.95! Only drawback was you had to dismember it, but large lobster and cooked perfectly. Attentive , fun waitress ( Crystal). Want to revisit for prime rib on Friday and breakfast!
I can't say the food was horrible, but it wasn't good. Simply put, the entire experience was underwhelming and disappointing. I wish I could have my money and time back.
Bad service, out of food items, and small portions. I would try another restaurant, Betty's is NOT worth it. It took over 5 minutes to greet us at the table (it wasn't THAT busy) and took over 10 minutes to pour two glasses of champagne. I had to order my third choice because they were out of the first two. When I asked to substitute a pancake for toast, I was told they don't do that. I reminded the server how long it took to get our drinks and how I tried to order two other dishes. Still, she wouldn't budge. Then when the food came, she brought the wrong side and instead of simply getting the right side, I had my entire plate taken and waited five minutes just to get my plate back. Then the potatoes on the plate, there were hardly any.
We hit this place almost every year. Saturday night not so good. I had the Ono and it was like leather. Ono taste. I should have said something but did not. My wife had hte coconut shrip. Was dry and lacked flavor as well. May try if for Breakfast on the way out of Maui but not sure. Would hate to have another poor meal.
Great food. Went with the lobster on Wednesday night. Got there shortly after 4pm on a rainy day. No wait. Service was nice and friendly. Crystal was our server.
