I went in to West Maui Urgent Care yesterday because my regular physician was booked for a week. I saw Dr. Brenna Schackleford and she was AMAZING. So easy to talk to. Made me feel super comfortable. And gave me options. Didn't pressure me. Sometimes I feel like doctors can be so cold and judgmental. Not her. She was lovely but still straightforward. Love her! Wish she could be my regular physician also. (I love my regular physician also).
The staff was helpful and kind. Thank you for a great experience when having to go to a doctor on vacation.
I wish I could give ten stars. The staff is very friendly and caring. The doctor was absolutely fantastic and explained everything. I'm thousands of miles from home, but I felt like I was with my family doctor. If you have a reason to visit an urgent care in Maui, I'd highly suggest this one. The examination was so thorough and effective, I wish this was my primary doctor's office. Another reason to move to Maui!

The doctor, nurse and office staff were amazing at the urgent care in Lahaina, Maui. I went there today with cold symptoms and a cough that was getting worse. I was in and out in 35 minutes. The doctor was caring, kind, knowledgeable, and very good at explaining what was going on with me. I would highly recommend this facility!
West Maui urgent care was amazing! My daughter had trouble with her ear and they flushed it out and prescribed drops which made her feel better instantly.
