I showed up on the day of my wedding and got a gorgeous bouquet made plus leis for our parents all for under $80. It took them less than an hour to make everything up. They were so awesome. I would recommend them to anyone. Mahalo!
I phoned in an order today to have a special bouquet delivered to the Westin villas. This florist was kind and met my special requests of certain colors at no extra charge. My friend sent a picture. Spectacular! Thank you.
I originally went through a larger flower company which simply charges an overhead and forwards the work on to a local flower shop, but that proved to be a mistake. I was going to end up paying for something different than I ordered and which would be arriving a day AFTER my girl's birthday. So I called A Special Touch myself (the local shop the large company had contacted) and dealt directly with them. I was treated with respect and they had answers to all of my questions. In the end, they delivered after hours (at no additional charge), and they have continued to work with me as I worked to get a refund from the larger flower company who was never charged for any order, but still found it acceptable to take my money. The arrangement was enormous, beautiful and exactly what was pictured on the web site. The flower consultant was cordial and willing to go above and beyond to help me. This was an amazing experience and they came through when I really needed their help!
