The doctors and nurses are VERY professional. My husband and I have been going to Dr Johnsen for 8 years. We have always had excellent care by him and his staff. I am giving it 4 stars because the phone system is difficult.
If you don't post your operating hours online you get a one-star review. It's that simple

a bunch of screw ups really. If I could sue Dr Pamela Wolz I would for the negligence she once had....telling me I didn't have a bladder infection even though I came in complaining of symptoms 3 times. and then had to go to the ER because it progressed to my kidneys and the ER said yes I did have a kidney infection. Wolz is an absolute nightmare. And none of the other docs are very helpful either, taking forever to get things done and messing prescriptions up too.
Despite the bad reviews I tried this place out of urgency for needing an in network (UHC PPO) place on vacation in the late afternoon. I was hesitant but had no choice. I'm glad I went. I was a walk in appointment ( I made it as the last one) and it's in a central location with ample parking. The office staff was straight forward and had no problem with letting me wait outside to avoid getting me and my kids sick from people coughing etc. I appreciated the fact they kept coming out to get me when needed. That merits five stars right there. When I finally got to meet the doctor it was a PA instead which was a little disappointing but honestly he was so nice and on top of everything he could have fooled me. He totally figured out what was wrong and gave me a few options. If I was a local I'd definitely see him again in lieu of a dr, he was that good.

I am very pleased with all the services at this clinic from X-ray to lab with very nice staff on the front desk as well as in the back.
My primary care physician could not be better! He has been absolutely perfect with diagnosis, his changes in my diabetes protocol have brought my numbers down in two months plus my blood pressure is normal and I have eliminated medication that I no longer need. He takes the time to listen as well explain any findings and recommendations
Only reason I'mv not putting five stars is because I'm very hard to impress and the place needed a facelift bad.
