Amazing
Staff was slow and unhelpful. Had to approach them to ask for a shoe as they were hanging out in the store unpacking boxes ignoring the customers. The employee who went to look for the shoes in back took his time, over 10 minutes before he came back to let us know they did not have the size we asked for.
They shouldnt have fired that haole guy that was the manager....he had a great attitude and was a very good saleman...
I've been calling the store for over AN HOUR and not only does nobody answer but they don't have a voicemail greeting. What a ridiculous way to run a business and I wonder how corporate feels or would feel about this since this has happened in the past. This is the only foot locker on the island and I can't believe I would have to drive all the way from Kihei just to SEE if they have the shoe I'm looking for.
