2cnd time renting a storage unit from 5A in Honokowai, first time while moving to Hawaii in early 2000's and now while moving from Hawaii 15 years later and using storage to declutter house during sales process prior to shipping household goods. Storage units are clean and accessible when needed but not open 24 hours a day. They also prevent access or close on some holidays such as Thanksgiving. I can understand the office closure during or on holidays but don't think access to storage yard should be closed because of holidays. Also, watch out for add on fees such as insurance and for invoicing, etc.
