The staff here are friendly and helpful. Also the facilities are always clean and well-kept
What brought me here when they first opened was the safety and security they offer. Still the same good bunch of people here executing the same practices --especially Ui ... that "Hawaiian woman" LOL -- Friendly staff and knowledgeable about their products. They even stayed over late to help me check out a van this last time. Reasonable prices, good product mix. Storage and moving West Side? This is the one stop place... been using them on and off for years! They are the GO TO. +++HIGHLY RECOMMEND+++
The female clerk that helped us was really nice and a pleasure to work with. She got me set up with a U-Haul earlier than the time I asked for and helped us with a dollie for the move.
