Never got my money back in full! They claimed to keep a tax! Service was appalling! Don't trust them with your child!
Sitter arrived thirty minutes late, which caused us to miss our restaurant reservation. She was very young and unprofessional but since we already planned on going out, we decided to give her a chance. My daughter told me she watched two movies back to back, while the sitter sat on the balcony on her phone. I would not recommend this service to anyone who cares about their child's wellbeing.
DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.
She and our son clicked straight away, we instantly felt at ease with her and how she was with our son.
I highly recommend both Happy Kids and Kelcy, especially coming from Australia as there is not a lot of information about nanny or baby sitting services if you are not staying in a big resort.
We then contacted the agency and booked Kelcy two more times during our stay.
She provided us updates through out the evening and when we got back we found our son to be sound asleep. In the morning he woke up asking when Kelcy would be coming back.
While staying in Waikiki in August 2016, we were researching baby sitting and nanny services and only really found 2 options. Happy Kids were the company we went with, and while nervous to start with (having never left our 2 year old with a stranger before), the moment we met Kelcy, we were instantly put at ease.
