I've played resort courses all over and this was by far the worst resort course that I've ever played. To date, management and Troon have ignored all emails. Play Royal Ka'anapali over this course. For half the price, you get to play a far superior course
Great course with spectacular views. Fairly easy course layout if the wind isn't bad. Staff is very good as well. I have played the royal course at kaanapali and this is just as good if not a little better. Will come back!
Just got back and this course was in horrid condition. To start, the range is plastic wiffle balls. Tee to green, the course hadn't been mowed in at least 3-4 days. Can't even guess the last time the greens were rolled as every putt bounced all the way to the hole.
Great golf course. The views make it worth it and the twilight fee makes it more affordable, while still having enough time to play. The speed of play was great also, even with a 4 some.
Wasn't sure how great it was going to be considering some of the negative reviews, but it was incredible. Staff was accommodating providing free bag tags, coffee, tees, water, etc. Golf course was in good shape and the GPS golf carts were a nice touch. Overall, the views on the course can not be beaten and it was an outstanding experience. Highly recommend it.
Can't beat the views. Playable course. A little underwhelmed by the conditions, but overall an amazing experience.
