I managed to book both facial and body massage at the last minute. The staff are very friendly, and the products they used for my facial spa were really good. For the massage, the masseuse is quite skillful. The pressure was great and she did extra time for my lower back as I requested.
In their changing area, you can also enjoy the jaccuzzi, steam and sauna room. When i was there, neither steam or sauna room actually worked. I figured I was there too late and they shut them?

Wife and I had a wonderful time spending the afternoon here. We left totally peaceful and relaxed.
They also have some snacks and non-alcohol drinks displayed right in the lobby area. I quite like the short bread and almonds.
All in all, a great place to relax and spend half day. You will definitely get pampered from top to toe. :)
Nice spa but, as someone who gets massages often, I was a bit disappointed. The massage rooms were a little cold and bright. At the end of my massage the therapist started running water and cleaning the room while I was still on the table, slightly ruining the moment.
Had a mani/pedi. So over priced. Did not exfoliate feet. Basically a foot soak with polish. Definitely not worth it.. they also automatically included a gratuity.
The actual work done by the staff is excellent - I got both a massage and a facial, and they were well-executed. However, I had the same issue as another reviewer, the rooms were on the cold side and bright, and there was a problem with the music where it kept skipping out. My therapist ended up turning it off but it was a bit distracting. The prices are expensive, but that's not so unexpected for a resort hotel like the Westin.
