Hunt to the best place to stay
Our first visit to the North Hawaii Island of Maui was certainly a breathtaking experience. We chose Harris Hawaii Realty to organise our stay which was at the The Kuleana Resort Maui, we rented a stunning 2 bedroom apartment with a large balcony overlooking the Pacific ocean to the west. The décor was simple and modern with all appliances and wifi. Most of our time was spent on the balcony. We spent several evenings in the romantic Historic Lahaina Town and The Honokowai Farmers Market runs 3 times per week with some amazing produce including the delicious mahi-mahi fish. Online booking and airport transfers ran smoothly. Thanks to everyone at Harris Hawaii Realty who made our stay so special.
I can no longer recommend Harris Hawaii. I used them to managae/rent out my Maui property. Things have changed drastically. My revenue checks were late every single month. Then several of them bounced!! The communication is poor and the promises are empty. Owners are starting to take their business elsewhere so be advised- if you book through them you probably won't wind up in the property you thought you rented if the owner of the property switched management companies. I am not real sure what's going on behind the scenes and I can't get any answers. I found it very hard and frustrating to do business with them.
