Very friendly staff. We got the exact Jeep we requested before leaving for vacation and it was clean when we arrived. We ended up returning the Jeep a day early and the staff didn't hesitate to adjust the rental cost from what we had originally scheduled.

We had a great experience with this particular Budget rental. We reserved a Jeep. It was a fantastic price compared to the other rental companies nearby. The shuttle service was fantastic and we would rent from them again in a heart beat. The staff was courteous and very helpful.
Horrible company on Maui! We reserved an SUV from Budget and were able to pick it up after we arrived. We stopped at Costco before going to our resort, which is 5 minutes away, and when we came back the car wouldn't start!! My husband called them and a tow truck came out. He asked what company we used and we told him and he said he always has to come out for them! When we got back he had to wait in line for an hour!!
Fantastic value and the staff even moved cars around so we can have the colour of choice. We used it all day with the roof down! The only way to see Maui!!!
