Rented a jeep and it was was dirty from inside and outside. Didn't get proper instructions where to return as the office is only open from 7am to noon. Had to ask Sheraton hotel staff who were least interested in helping . Location is bad and not serviced well otherwise it's enterprise as usual.
NEVER AGAIN! Booked car through the local Expedia office at our resort and paid for it the there. After being picked up one hour late, I gave the guy at the enterprise counter our Expedia voucher. However, after returning the car, my credit card got charged as well. Mistakes can happen, but I called 8 times and it's been three weeks and I do not have an answer yet. ENTERPRISE DOUBLE CHARGED ME AN DOES NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
We had a flight leaving Maui at 10pm and needed a way to get from our hotel, the Sheraton Maui Resort. Decided to rent a car so we could tour around the island before going to the airport BUT Enterprise would not allow us to rent the car from the agent at the hotel and drop it off at the airport unless we rented for 3 days! Ended up having to take an Uber to the airport and rent a car from there. Not impressed.
Very friendly staff. Great experience, no wait in and out so we could go on to enjoy our vacation plans
