Seamless! Friendly driver was waiting for us at the harbor, then drove us straight to our rental car, helped transfer our belongings and explained the return process; car is clean and ready to be driven away. Returning was easy and convenient; they drove us back to the harbor right away. We continuously rent from Hertz because of their excellent service.
Easy pickup (inside the hotel) and convenient after hours drop-off at the valet.
It's a very confusing place to pick up a rental car. I had made a reservation beforehand, and was walking around trying to find the Hertz "office". Unfortunately, it is hidden in a tiny side room behind the entryway of (one of) the Hyatt building, and there are zero signs to lead you there.
Horrible!!!!!!! Booked a car online, took a cab to the Hyatt to pick our car up and was informed they had no cars. It is Thursday and She informed me she would not have cars available until Monday. Never using hertz again.
All-in-all a very confusing experience.
After finally finding the desk and signing in for the car, I was told to wait for someone to bring my car around (they are parked in a lot away from the Hyatt building). However, the person with my car took 15+ minutes to appear, and couldn't even bring the car up to the valet drop-off area because of their arrangement with the Hyatt.
Went to hire a car but after the lady seemed more interested in her mobile phone we lost interest. Finally she asked what we wanted and my husband said a coffee , she replied we don't sell coffee to which my husband said well you don't seem to want to hire cars either. We went to enterprise up the road.
