Had to return my earrings because the post fell off of one... customer service was horrible the lady was defensive and would not let me exchange for a different style of earrings and would not give me my money back.. I will never buy anything from that store again due to the poor customer service..
I've bought many items here over the past few years & continue to enjoy them. The staff is always very friendly & their prices are reasonable especially during their 50% off sale!!
Wife bought some earrings and the back post of the earring broke off the next day. We returned to the store the very next day and they told us they do not do returns and they would only exchange for the same thing. She then said they would not validate out parking since we didn't buy anything
I had spent close to 75.00 in the store the day before she wouldn't even validate our parking..
We have been coming to Maui for 13 years and this is one of my favorite stores, I always have to stop in for a visit. I have bought a lot of jewelry there over the years for myself and gifts and have never been disappointed in my purchases. The selection is great and their pricing is always right on the mark.
