Its now 3 months since the ring was recorded as arriving at Hawaii jewellers but they have refused to answer emails or get back to me when I have asked for information over the phone.
Very disappointing after service which leaves me to think I may never see my ring again.
Michael and Phoenix are a very nice couple. They have three stores in Maui now two at Front Srreet and are opening a new store at the Whalers Village in Ka'anapalli. They are fair and honest jewelers and we have been their client and friend since 2000. They have three great kids and family means allot to them. If your on Maui stop by and check them out and say Ed said Hi. Old Lahaina Center across from Cheese Burger in Paradise is where we first meet them.
I sent back a ring that I had bought a few years ago for repairs as I was impressed with the service before and Michael quoted for the work by email.
