Bought a beautiful pair of earrings from the Front Street location a while back. Loved the artists work. Paid some where between $80-100 from what I can remember. Absolutely loved wearing them until one day they fell apart. Flashlights and sifting through sand both parts were finally recovered. Thrilled the impossible happened, I took the pieces and the remaining intact earring back to the Front Street location for repairs. I was advised by the staff there to "just get some jewelry glue and fix yourself". Then they told me where I might purchase such glue. They said my earrings were old and they don't carry that style any longer. (!?!??!?!) I was so disappointed! I have promoted this business every time I wear those earrings (until they broke). I have handed out your business cards...seriously. They are so eye catching, they were always a topic of conversation. I have had people show me what they have purchased after my recommendation to visit the store. Mango Glass if people ask about my lovely earrings (they again will be that frequent topic of conversation) I am still going to tell people where I purchased them. I'm also going to share the fact that if their puchase falls apart better ask Siri where the nearest craft store location is and start hitting up YouTube jewelry repair videos. Mango Glass one of your best unofficial unpaid sales people is spouting off a whole new message about your business.
