We really enjoyed the show. Food was just okay....we expected better. We got there early but didn't know we were supposed to get in line so if you get there early, get in line and you will get to sit closer to the front. Kid friendly.
Parking directions in and out of Hyatt Regency need improvement.
Not so happy..too commercialized. .it was terrible organization. .should have the people line up in the cool resort. .noo Lei as promised ..Vegas style ...cheesey show.
Food was little selection, low quality, no flavor, cold, and I could taste the freezer burn on the mixed vegetables. The drinks were mostly juice, tiny pinch of alcohol. The show was ok, not authentic though. People pay $150 per person for this luau and the quality is so poor it's shameful. I feel duped.

Never again..weak drinks ..it was like a stupid story ..I was in Hawaii in the 90's. The loua was a amazing ..girls were amazing fast and so cool ..not waving real slow a boring ..pick up the pace dudes ..very boring for the price
Very commercialized. The Old Lahaina Lu’au is so much better! Monica Chihara, Lu’au Manager at Hyatt refused to honor our reservation until we called corporate. Do not waste your money here!
Show is good. High energy performances by the male dancers. Waiting time to get in is very long. Foods are OK but not spectacular.
Until only the last 10 minutes. .do away with Mr Vegas ..too many hot people. .
