The Olowalu Plantation House for a wedding venue is dream. When I walked out onto the back porch of the main house and saw the mature trees, grass, and view of the inlet bay, I thought I was walking onto a movie set. The imagery was that beautiful and perfect. The spacious grounds lend themselves to beautiful photographs, an outdoor wedding with seating and an arch, a stone patio for the reception and dancing, a view that is unparalleled, and a friendly, organized staff. The whole wedding was spot on and every detail was thought of and taken care of. If you are having an event, the Olowalu Plantation House is a must!

Beautiful venue for a wedding, but the whole "you must pay a security deposit to use the oceanfront swing" was a bunch of BS. The venue is gorgeous, private & has lots of land. I loved the old plantation house and the lawn area for reception was fun to view.
