Terribly slow internet. My phone bill has skyrocketed, because I can't use Wi-Fi. Watching movies or videos on the Wi-Fi is nearly impossible. Do not go with this company...
I needed a new remote. I walked into the office. There was no one waiting at the counter. A young man sitting at a table to the side of the office greeted me. He saw that I had a remote in my hand. He said "Do you need a new remote?" I said yes. He reached under the table and passed me a new remote. I was out done in less than 1 minute!
This is the worst internet provider in the world. I pay over $130 a month for internet yet is down every day for more then 6 hours. I can't switch because there are no other internet providers on Maui. I am planning on suing them for their horrible. Costumer service and scamming. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER GET THIS INTERNET PROVIDER!!!
Not happy.
Poor service for the past 2 weeks they tell me, “we have to take out wifi from the past users” and still hasn’t done it.
