THE CREW IS FRIENDLY, THE JET SKI WORK GREAT, GREAT PRICES, EASY AND CONVENIENT BOOKING, FUN ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE BESIDES JET SKI, VARY LARGE AMOUNT OF SPACE TO JET SKI, DO NOT BELIEVE ANY RESORT SALES PEOPLE THAT TELL YOU THERE IS A SMALL CIRCLE AREA TO JET SKI IT IS A MASSIVE BEAUTIFUL OCEAN YOU CAN JET SKI ON. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!! BOOK THEM NOW!!! THANK YOU PACIFIC JET SPORTS FOR BEING IN MAUI.
JULY 14, 2016.....Took the family and extended family to Jet ski and Fly Board and was NOT disappointed!!! Jet skiing was cool because it was the first time my son has ever driven one himself. It wasn't a course that was just a circle, you had freedom to do what you wanted. Jet Skiing done on to Fly Boarding.... Our instructor Tommy was extremely nice and even more patient with Me (Jim), Nick and Tim from Jersey! Go Devils! Calmed any fears, instilled into our brains that it was easy and wham....THE BEST TIME EVER!!!! If you are ever in Maui look these guys up and try these awesome water sports!!!!
Came jet skiing on the seventh with my cousin. Ended up waiting a while to get on the boat but we didn't mind- kudos to Conner on the beach for being so helpful and entertaining us while we had to wait. The barge itself was well run and we had such a great time- and a big thanks to captain Eric for such a smooth ride!! We love you guys! Shoutout to Nate for being so insightful about jet ski's and teaching us how to have good, safe fun!
The only place to rent jet skis on Maui's West Side, so you really have no other options. The kiosks are sort of hard to find, there are two of them, located in front of the Hyatt and the Westin along the Kaanapali Beach Trail. They take you out on a dingy to the barge where you get the jet skis, and they are very powerful and fun. Pricey. Slow service. Took us 45 minutes from when we got on the dock to getting on the jet ski, and another 30 minutes when we were done to get taken back to shore. Overall, not a bad experience, but not an amazing one either.
Was kicked of the jet skis before we were able to go out for putting our wrist band on your life jackets before putting them on our wrist. Customer service gave us althe run around, "Manager for the day" Lucas told us we had to go to the old Barnes and Noble in Lahinia if we wanted to get a refund. Very unprofessional and poor service all the way around.
