I was looking at snorkel gear for 20 min and nobody even offered to help.
More of a souvenir shop than anything. Hats, aloha shirts, Lei's and jewelry etc.
Very needlessly unfriendly older lady at the back counter. I am local and a very patient, unentitled, kind dude. This lady acted like I interrupted her conversation with a co-worker even though I was just chilling at the counter waiting patiently smiling. She could have taken longer. I didn't mind. No hurry here. Still Huff's and puffs and comes over and says are you sure you want these? We don't do returns not even for tourists. Then as we paid and left I asked a question about a new product I was considering buying. Instead of telling me about it. She just said no and walked away. I could go on. But bottom line. I won't spend a Penny here again and you shouldn't either.
Good gear and great selection. But the staff are not the most friendly or happy.
