We used Maui Dreams Come True thru VRBO and were very disappointed with our condo. They claim on their website to hand pick the units they rent and that they have all been recently upgraded and refurbished. Not only was our unit far from either of those, but it was not in very clean condition. Mold, dirt, bad windows and treatments and bad furniture. Mitsy was not very nice at acknowledging the issues either,even when I sent pictures of the filth. Lots of poor excuses. We were overcharged for what we got. Be careful if you go through them.
We spent close to $4000 o our unit for the time here and was told we had to change rooms half way through the trip and it would be no problem and someone could help us with the move... because we have 2 toddlers and come to find they don't have any service like that so when we asked the front desk they said we have to go through "Maui dreams" and misty was who I was supposed to talk to and she also was the person who signed us up to come and now we paid and are here she has no care for us ... they got their money and it's done .... now we have to figure out how to get all our bags and food over to another unit with two Toddlers and when I talked to misty about this she said she wouldn't say she could help me because there's no service like that on the island ... well I've stayed at the Weston they are very helpful.... misty is very rude and I wouldn't recommend these people as you will be lied to and coned
