this place is incredible, a condo fully equipped with everything you can possibly need to enjoy your vacation on the beach. "home away from home" The staff are very friendly and helpful they offer a fully stocked movie collection if you just want to stay in at no cost to you. Our unit had beach chairs, coolers, boogy boards, pool noodles, picnic set and all cooking and host essentials. Defenetly coming here again. The view on the first floor amazing!
Oct 2017. We came back! This time celebrating our Honeymoon! We were overjoyed and had a blast again!! We explored more locations on the island and we stayed for 9 days. Each sunset is stunning and different worth watching every day. Breakfast and dinner on the lanai, BBQ and chill time by the pool and the best restaurants around.
My wife and I stayed at the Maui Kai condo complex from August 29 to September 13, 2017. This is a great and quiet complex right on the water. The staff is super friendly! The pool and hot tub are good, and there's a free take a book library in the pool house. Our condo was on the tenth floor, and the sunset view was incredible. Every condo has a West View!
Very well kept facility, friendly staff, the most excellent views! Ocean is harsh in this area, it's all good if you are a swimmer and know what you are doing, no go for kids and elderly. Drive somewhere else or swim at their great pool ! 10 min walk south can get you to the beach with very calm waters. Can't beat the balcony and the view! Sunsets are to die for !!!!

Wonderful stay with amazing ocean views. You cannot stay closer to the ocean without getting into it. Best ocean front views I have ever seen and feels like home!
