The Snorkel Store staff was extremely succinct and helpful. We were immediately given all the equipment we needed and shown how to use it effectively. We were also told about all the best places to snorkel and where to find parking. The staff also answered other non-snorkel questions we had about Maui. When we returned the gear they gave us each a chocolate macadamia nut kiss.
I was trying to decided whether to buy snorkeling gear or rent it for just one day and two people. I figured I didn't want to take anything back on the plane and renting would probably give us better equipment so we decided to rent. After stumbling across the Snorkel Store website on Google it came out to be the cheapest option so we went to the physical store to pick up the equipment.
The whole process of renting snorkeling gear worked like a well-oiled machine, and it was the cheapest option. Will definitely go back the next time I'm in Hawaii.

The people here are super friendly, they even helped us out when we didn't have any credit cards to give and were able to pay over the phone. They close at 5, but you can extend your rental an extra day for a small cost, totally worth it!
Great guys working here very helpful and friendly. Gave us a map with great suggestions for snorkling spots as well as other areas to check out and other activities. Went in to replace a broken face mask we in there like 2 minutes...thank you guys
