Nothing less than 5 stars from Kanoelani! I mean she genuinely cares about her clients and makes sure that they are treated well, we felt like family when we left the presentation. The program was great too, amazing deals!
I loved our time there and Kanoelani made it a pleasant experience! No high pressure! Highly recommend to extensive travelers! Screaming deal!
I'm pretty annoyed that my husband and I got suckered into this "discount" travel club. They sold us by showing us a bunch of weekly stays at beautiful resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico for only $149/week. Sounds great, right? Should have known it was too good to be true. What they failed to mention was that these resorts are all-inclusive mandatory, and that the all inclusive fees are around $200 PER NIGHT, PER PERSON! For $3000 plus flights, we can get a much better deal elsewhere. Also, they said in the presentation that they've been around since 2003 and that they have an A+ rating with BBB. Definitely not true, look them up. No wonder why the salesperson made such a big deal about not allowing anyone to use their cell phones during the presentation - they don't want you to look them up and catch on to their BS.
My mom and I are visiting from Canada and we just adored Kanoelani! Such a bright young lady! We enjoyed the program, we can definitely see the value and diversity of locations, even if we were to use it within our country!
If you want to spend at least 2 hours (the "90 minute" is BS as well) sitting through the presentation to save money on excursions (this part is actually true), go for it. However, don't waste your money on the travel club!! Take my word for it.
Great concept and presentation. We preferred this presentation versus Timeshare. Absolutely no high pressure, especially if you have Kanoelani; she gave us options and made it affordable!
