My husband and I have been to many different locations and this was by far the best service we’ve ever had. Not only was the staff serving us friendly and good at their job, but the manager went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had a wonderful anniversary dinner. I wish more places provided this standard of customer service!
My daughter Giana and I are twice per month regulars. We feel valued by the team and always enjoy the experience. Food is terrific and service is just as good; sometimes even better. We celebrated her birthday at Ruth’s just last evening; sunsets are amazing too...
40 Oz steak for two didn't seem to be 40 Oz's. No flavor , alot of fat throughout. Cooked wrong. Asked for medium rare and got rare. The potato was cooked fine. First time leaving a steak house really hungry. Kids ordered same thing and steak was same way, fatty no flavor. I would have asked for steak sauce so I could have some kind of flavor but watress didn't come back.
I've been to several Ruth's Chris around the country and this one and the one in New Orleans are the best. Perfectly cooked filet mignon great sides and nice staff.
I typically love all of these Ruth Chris steakhouses but this was horrible! The food was equal with an Outback and the service was horrendous on a slow night. My son made me promise him that we'd never go to another Ruth Chris again
