Every pizza is twelve inches? If that pizza was twelve inches then I'm much more endowed then I thought I was....this pizza was not good and cost 15 bucks. I thought a 12 inch pizza would be enough for me and my fiance...little did I know it was a tiny personal pizza in a 12 inch box...i guess I should lower my expectations or they should lower their prices, just because I am staying at your hotel doesn't mean you should fleece me for every little dime possible.
Price to quality isn't very good at the tiki grill. Much better to just spend a small bit extra and eat at the tiki terrace imo. All the sandwiches we've tried here have been dry/heavily overcooked. The tiki bar is nice enough though.

I ordered a burger that looked so bad I got a refund. It looked like jailhouse food .. plus frozen fries for almost $20. Why not use fresh burger patties and real fresh cut fries fries? I hope the manager sees this and decides to choose quality over whatever their reason for such poor quality food in their grill.
Make sure and sit at the bar and not the tables. Dale and Chantel are crack ups and make sure you feel like Ohana. Dale's been bartending here for 40yrs and has never changed. He has been courted by the corporate hotels up and down the beach but he won't have it. He'd rather be here and so would we! Stiff drinks! Mai Tai's or Tiki Tai's from Dale and Top Shelf Margaritas from Chantel. If you have to eat at the grill that's on you, it's just bar food. 5 Stars for the bar, 3 stars for the grill. Think Cheers but on Kaanapali Beach and not Boston.
Yummy cocktails but not really tiki themed and horrible service
