Unfortunately had an upsetting visit to your store today.
Anyway, I left your store upset and annoyed. Luckily there are many other Pandora stores and I'm sure any one of them may want my business.
Sales lady wasn't listening to what I wanted and kept trying to sell me on other additions than the one charm. I paid for the $3special cloth but I actually never got it despite paying. Buy charms elsewhere.
They saved us with their Wifi
I had seen a ring previously and had made the decision to buy it for myself today. The display ring was the right size so the lady serving me went to see if she had the size in a display case. She did - but checked a couple and couldn't find it, so went about unchaining the display ring. I did not want the display ring as with several people having tried it on, it looked dull and "used". Whether it was my imagination or not, I felt the lady should have looked in the case right where we were standing to see if that was the 2nd ring in my size. Even she acknowledged that was likely. She seemed reluctant to do that - told me that's they way they were made -what??!?!?
Btw we also bought several things☺
I went in hoping to find a few charms that represented Maui and the spirt of Aloha. They had so many to choose from. The saleswoman I bought from was so helpful. It was hard choosing "the one", so she asked questions about my bracelet and we both came up with the right selection. She also showed me some pairing options. Never pushy trying to make a big sale. Made my first purchase of a bead for my own bracelet pleasant. Thank you Mollie. It was nice meeting you!
