Finding parking will be the hardest challenge you will face. There isn't a designated parking lot for honolua bay, but there are two little lots on the side of the road that both have trails to the "beach". The trail is good itself and is super short. You will feel like you are walking through a rain forest with roosters everywhere! There isnt a beach and if you aren't snorkeling, there isnt a point to go to this beach. Google maps will route you too far on the road so if you see cars, that's probably where it is.
In one word, beautiful!! This trail leads to a great surfing area but is worth the walk alone. There is a small creek that runs along the forested path. Chickens run wild and the scenery is amazing. There is plenty of mud though so plan accordingly.
Easy trail to walk to Honolua bay
This is pretty. My 2 year old loved the river after being cooped up in the car.
Nice jungle feel easy walk lots to take pictures of. Good snorkling.
