This was an awesome luau with great food and service! Unsure what these people are talking about- all people with VIP sat front and center! I am a bit of a food snob, and this buffet was delicious- maybe all these negative reviewers were having a bad day and hate Hawaiian food? Definitely go to this event and disregard all negative reviews

If you make front row 'reservations' to the Drums of the Pacific Lu'au just make sure you understand that it's first-come first-served seating before booking your supposed front row reservations. You are also, apparently, supposed to have a ticket for entrance which we were never given. Expect to look awkward upon admittance should they drop the ball on that, too. Expect cheap drinks and cheap food.

We had an especially trying day after attending my father's cremation service so this was something my family looked forward to attending and enjoying. We are sorry we didn't book with another Lu'au. I could've burned $500 and it wouldn't have been as wasteful.

Don't be like my family and spend $500 to be seated in the furthest left front corner by the LOUD wait staff serving drinks. For $500 I don't expect to be able to view just 1 dancer and hear the wait staff.

My wife and I had fun at this luau. There's a great show and they go through the history of how the Hawaiian Islands came to be. There's lots of fun hula dancing along with the men dancers who do traditional Hawaiian dances.

The show was great! Unfortunately the food and drinks were not. We could have gone with out. Definitely not worth the price. We got tickets here because the number one place was sold out. Strongly recommend to book as soon as you arrive or before! Otherwise you're better off skipping it.

Save your money and don't bother! Sexist comments, growls and suggestive remarks from stage band and MC were completely inappropriate and seriously out dated in this day and age. First number had women in 'grass' skirts that were stupid short, and then the men came out in black dress pants...when did black dress pants become traditional attire? MC sounded like an old lounge lizard, and there were only two dancers who actually looked alive. The booze flowed like water, no doubt to keep everyone too drunk to notice the poor performance. Will say that the food wasn't bad and they were thoughtful enough to label everything for those with food allergies. Over all, not worth the price, especially if you paid for over priced VIP seating.
