Right in front of the harbor from one end of the hotel & on a great street from the other end. A bit funky & old but the charm wins out. Down home friendly.
Great location. Convenient for any excursions taking off from the Wharf. The rocking chairs on the balcony are great touch and the view overlooking the park is really nice. For the price we paid, I wish a continental breakfast would have been included, but overall it was an enjoyable experience.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, ease of check in/ out. Good location. Shame about the noise from some giant fan or machine that rumbled all day & night though. I was near the kitchen area side of the building, but noise level from fan (I assume) was quite loud while trying to rest at night.
Lahaina is a great location to experience a little of the old-style Maui. Hotel ideally placed for harbour cruises (lots!) and just walking around the old town. Great for evenings too. We used this classic hotel as a base for touring the island. A little off the track but worth the extra half hour’s drive. Hotel slightly old fashioned (no lift) but that is all part of its charm. Staff more than helpful. Samantha and Mark especially. Breakfast reasonable, but somewhat chaotic.
Had a great stay. Very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed. Reasonable price. Strongly recommended.
