Nice quiet place. If you are a runner or a beach walker you will want some where else. Sea turtles do come on to the beach right outside the door. No AC.
The island can be expensive when eating out so we grill most of the time and eat at local restaurants that have great local cuisine not available on the mainland.
I own unit 103 and I love the complex. Great views, turtles swim right up to the wall and you have a full apartment with kitchen while you're here.
Great vacation apartment with majestic oceanfront views! Also very close (10 min driving) to the best beach of Maui - Kaanapali.
Okay, the building itself can use a little updating. The unit we are staying in (404) is great and updated. Well, everything is updated except the 1 bedroom. It is a clean condo. The place is quiet during our stay. It is a 4 star because of the unit we are in and the view. If it weren't for that I would've given it 3 stars. It isn't s resort whatsoever and everything is do it yourself. The price is right and I would stay here again.
