Staff are helpful, friendly and relaxed. its a great place to see Green Turtles swimming around while you are lying in bed. Yes, really.
This place was amazing! The view, the location & the privacy were perfect! Property management was on top of everything we needed.
Overall accommodations were good and staff / owners were very nice. Location also good. However, beware no air conditioning. If you stay when it is warm outside, it will be warmer inside and quite humid.
This is a terrific place to stay if you want to avoid the 'just like every other shopping mall in the western world' feel of Ka'anapali up the road. Ocean's Edge is on the edge of the reef in an essentially residential neigbourhood of Lahaina. Quiet, safe, and easy walk to Safeway, Starbucks, Barnes and Noble and a bunch restaurants that are not part of a multinational chain. Beaches are less than 200 yards away.
Loved every minute of it here. It was fantastic. The service was spot on and the owner knew all the great places to go. Only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is that it was a tad dated. There isn't anywhere to swim so take that into consideration. You can walk down the road a little bit to a beach though. The town was amazing, lots of great little spots for happy hour and cheap eats.
Besides the amazing staff, No TV which makes it a perfect place to enjoy nature and see the turtles swiming and if lucky you'll see a whale splash. Beautiful serenity and if accompanied by a significant other love intensifies to a deeper level ❤❤❤
