They were able to process the whole thing over the phone. Ordered Friday and got delivery by Monday.
The customer service was excellent and they helped me pick out something perfect for my mattress. I also picked up the bamboo sheets which have literally been the coolest and most comfortable sheets I have ever used (especially for the price).
