The manager, Angie Latu initially said she was looking into why the site they were posted on did not provide this information, but after initial communication, she stopped responding to me.
When I explained this to them, they essentially said it's not there problem and would not refund me the money.
This place is amazing. Super clean, laid back, and it is in a good location. The most awesome part of staying here is the staff. Specifically our front desk person named Hope. She is absolutely wonderful, kind, and very knowledgeable of the area and the culture. It's people like Hope that truly make staying here memorable and make us feel very welcome.
Location is fantastic, plenty of things to do nearby. We were given an upgraded room without us having to ask for it. Ocean view is great. I would definitely stay here again.
Older, but very clean with units having nice upgraded appliances and furnishings. Beautiful views, nice pool and 5 new gas bar-b-ques.
Will definitely book here again! This was our 2nd time here, had a 1 bedroom, ocean view and pool view and 2 Islands. Was lovely!! Really enjoyed the trip here!
A really awful budget condo style hotel. Outdated and spartan. We paid for a package that should have had us in Kaanapali, instead we ended up in this depressing dump. From memory there was no breakfast service. Staff were not all that helpful. The location is too isolated. There is no real beach so to speak. Our Maui stay would have been much better in a half decent hotel. The more I think about this place the more I regret having to stay here. Avoid this place.

We had a pleasant time until they decided to charge us $156 for an extra room cleaning fee that was NO WHERE on the website I booked through. Additionally, there was no cleaning service the 5 nights I was there.
