This place was clean, comfortable, and friendly. The bed was great for my husband, who has a bad back, and it was nice to have a well-appointed kitchen. We ate breakfast and supper in the condo, and we ate lunch out. There's a good Savers a few miles away, and we stocked up at Costco on our way from the airport. Also a great (large and good prices) organic store in Paia (Mana).
We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit facing the ocean with our family and we're very pleased with it. The unit was clean with nice furnishings but the only downside would be there was absolutely no condiments in it. There is some beach but it was washing away and even some of the palm trees had fallen into the ocean due to high waves. We would definitely stay there again
If you do not own a timeshare to this place, do NOT book here!!!!! We booked here believing that we would be staying in a relaxing ocean front/ocean view room!! Instead we got a room in building 1.....mountain/garden view.....NOT! Our room looks out into the maintenance/garbage parking lot. Besides the banging sounds of dumpsters being emptied below our lanai.....this building houses the housekeeping activities which includes a large shop door that goes up and down with very loud machinery noises! Banging and slamming......starts early morning! Including loud voices and who knows what else is going on!! With no air conditioning we have to leave windows and doors open which makes all of these noisy activities really unnerving! We will be canceling our RPI membership since they are the ones we trusted with our vacation requirements! I wish I could include a video with sound!!
Great place to visit. Check out Elvis while your here. Building 1 has a loud dumpster being emptied sound often.. Always people talking and making noise in the center open area of this building. Don't plan on naps during the day . But other then the constant noise of work going on this is a pretty nice place
Very nice rooms and polite staff. We had an awesome view of the ocean and the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place
